RPRA Partners with Leading Chinese Media Conglomerate D&S Media Group
The Russian Public Relations Association (RPRA) and leading Chinese media conglomerate D&S Media Group have signed a cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by RPRA President Evgeny Minchenko, D&S Media Group founder Huang Xiaochuan, and members of the RPRA Executive Council. This partnership was facilitated with the support of Mikhailov & Partners, a corporate member of RPRA.

"This agreement reflects the shared commitment of RPRA and D&S Media Group to forge a close partnership, jointly advance communication practices, share expertise in public relations, and elevate professional standards in the field," emphasized RPRA President Evgeny Minchenko.

The Chinese delegation highlighted the importance of developing regular business ties between the communication industries of China and Russia and creating platforms for exchanging best practices and expertise.

"In 2024, RPRA plans to partner with numerous business forums across European Russia, Siberia, and the Far East. Their agendas will include topics on business communications in Russia and China, so we look forward to welcoming our Chinese colleagues to these events," added RPRA First Vice President Oleg Poletaev.

This agreement builds on RPRA's history of collaboration with China; the first such international agreement in its modern history was signed with the China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA) in Beijing in November 2013.
