RPRA Strengthens Ties with Armenian PR Association

First Vice President of RPRA, Oleg Poletaev, held a meeting in Yerevan with the leadership of the Armenian PR Association, President Astghik Avetisyan and Vice President Arman Grigoryan.

Poletaev briefed his counterparts on RPRA's key initiatives, including projects aimed at enhancing the prestige of the PR profession, advancing professional education, monitoring the business reputation of Russian companies, and the Association's own business and political awards.

In turn, the Armenian delegation provided an overview of their organization's structure, the principles behind their country's sole public relations award, and their "PR School"—an ongoing professional development program available exclusively to association members.

The participants agreed to establish a regular exchange of best practices in implementing projects that support and develop their respective national public relations industries.

A Russian delegation has been invited to Yerevan in February 2024 for the Armenian Association's conference and PR awards ceremony. RPRA members representing companies with business interests in the Republic of Armenia are encouraged to express their interest in joining the delegation by contacting the RPRA Executive Directorate.

A reciprocal invitation was extended to Astghik Avetisyan, Arman Grigoryan, and other leaders of the association to attend RPRA's "Reputation 2024" forum and the next "RPRA Award" ceremony, scheduled for next spring. By then, a formal cooperation agreement between the two associations will be developed, outlining not only priorities for collaboration but also specific joint projects that can be implemented through their combined efforts.
