12:00 – 13:00 — Blitz Session:

"What to Prepare for in 2025"

In this rapid-fire 60-minute session, six RPRA experts will present what they see as the most significant trends in technology, economics, politics, and the social sphere, and comment on their likely impact on the communications industry in the coming year.

13:00 – 14:30 — Plenary Session:

"PR Specialist Certification: Why Validate Your Expertise Today?"

This session will unveil RPRA's radically updated approach to voluntary professional certification in public relations and discuss its role in our industry's development. Panelists, including RPRA's certification partners—the AKOS association and the Association of Managers—will explore the advantages certification offers to PR specialists and their employers, and how it can impact salaries, careers, and the market positions of companies and professionals.

Moderator: Lilia Glazova, Member of the RPRA Executive Council, CEO of PR News

14:30 – 15:00 — Coffee Break

15:00 – 16:30 — Breakout Sessions:

1. "The Competition of Corporate Worlds: Communicating Your Company's Internal Environment"

This session tackles the challenge of communicating a business's internal corporate environment—its identity, values, and management practices—to external audiences. This challenge is compounded by a scarcity of news hooks and low engagement from business media, even as the perception of a company's internal world becomes increasingly critical in the war for talent. The session will feature prominent speakers and present a unique 2024 study by the "Platform" SDC, conducted with support from RPRA and other partners.

Moderator: Alexey Firsov, Vice President of RPRA, CEO of the "Platform" Social Design Center

2. "Reputation Data in Corporate ERP & BI Systems: Managing Risk and Driving Growth"

This session brings together specialists in reputation management information systems and heads of communication from companies with a strong IT component "under the hood." They will discuss current practices and the potential for using primary and aggregated reputation and brand data (from sociology, media/social media monitoring, search engine rankings, reviews, etc.) within corporate ERP and BI systems to enhance risk management and decision-making for business development.

Moderator: Oleg Poletaev, First Vice President of RPRA, Partner at Brainschains.ru

16:30 – 17:00 — Coffee Break

17:00 – 18:30 — Plenary Discussion:

"Russia's Engagement with BRICS and the Global South: Prospects and Opportunities"

This discussion will feature leading Russian experts in global economics, geopolitics, and international communications. Over 90 minutes, they will address a wide range of pressing issues arising from the formation of a multipolar world order, with practical implications for PR/GR support for Russian companies in foreign markets. Key questions include: "Is the Global South a reality? If so, what unites it? Does it need a different name?"; "Is the current BRICS lineup a monolith? What unites it? Where are its real successes? What are the new directions—geographically and industrially?"; "What are the resources for Russia's strategy? What role can Russia's communication industry play in these processes?"

Moderator: Evgeny Minchenko, President of RPRA, President of Minchenko Consulting
